When I feel the need and can get there, I go to a little Spinney up on Devil's Dyke. There is a kind of windy path that runs through it and I can walk through there smothered in dappled sunlight. It only takes a few minutes to traverse it, but It never fails to make me feel at peace, enervated and full of joy. Occasionally I may meet someone in there and we always just smile and pass on by. It is a very special place and I love being there. Feeding my spirit….
