Couldn't have put it better myself! I'm sitting here Saturday morning looking out at my garden bathed in the early morning sunlight and was just reminding myself to put my focus "out there" instead of keeping it stuck in my head. Life is calling to us Kris, loud and clear. Tomorrow morning it's my turn to go for a walk along the beach!

Love
Chris

On September 13th I met a wonderful man who walked into my work place for a haircut.
He made my day. No other than Krish himself!

Thanks for your words Krish.

Feeding my spirit....

When I feel the need and can get there, I go to a little Spinney up on Devil's Dyke. There is a kind of windy path that runs through it and I can walk through there smothered in dappled sunlight. It only takes a few minutes to traverse it, but It never fails to make me feel at peace, enervated and full of joy. Occasionally I may meet someone in there and we always just smile and pass on by. It is a very special place and I love being there.

Krish,

That is wonderful, tender and inspiring. I too have found a magical place at the moment in the company of an unexpected man; I too am basking in the light I find emanating from him and loving that, want more of it.

I know I can't have it all at this moment, so I satisfy (well a bit anyway) myself with what is possible and look forward to how's things will change and develop as time goes on and opportunities arise through my path clearing.

Thank you so much for this Blog.

[...] Whenever we want things to change, the first thing we have to do is meaningfully accept things exactly as they are and seek the gifts of the situation. This might be as simple as the situation being so intolerable that you can do nothing but change or it might be realising that, actually, things are exactly perfect as they are for this moment in time. There can be extraordinary presents that you get just by being present and seeing them is the first step in creating magic! [...]
